Exchange & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Route 66 North. If for any reason you are not happy with the comfort, look and fit of your Route 66 North product, we want to make it easy for you to return. We ask that you review the below policy.
• Your original or gift receipt must accompany all returns or exchanges.
• All returns will be refunded in the original form of payment only.
• All regular priced items to be considered for a full refund must be returned with original packaging within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided the merchandise is in new and unworn condition with all original hang tags attached.
• Gift merchandise to be considered for exchange must be returned with the original Gift Receipt within 21 calendar days of purchase provided the merchandise is in new and unworn condition with all original hang tags attached.
• Items sold on sale are final and are not subject to return or refund. We appreciate your understanding.

The purchase and/or use of a Route 66 North Gift/Loyalty Card constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time by Route 66 North in its sole discretion. Gift/Loyalty Cards are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or refundable in any manner, except where required by law. Route 66 North Gift/Loyalty Cards are reloadable and the available balance does not expire. The balance shown on the Route 66 North computer system will be deemed to be the accurate balance, without dispute, or liability to Route 66 North and its employees. Gift/Loyalty Cards are not debit or credit cards, but constitute a payment on the cost of goods purchased at participating stores and venues. There is no cashback for unused balances, except where required by law.
